Die Lage war super. Eine tolle Aussicht auf den Kanal und man ist fußläufig schnell zum Strand oder zu den Restaurants. Wir konnten alles bequem erreichen. Die Bäder sind neu und die Betten waren bequem. Besonders komfortabel war die Klimatisierung in allen Räumen.
Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich. Die Nachbarschaft ruhig. Es gibt zwei sonnige Terrassen und einen schönen kleinen Pool.
Die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden. Wir mussten das Geschirr direkt komplett reinigen. Es gab defekte Stühle, der Elektrogrill war kaputt und der Staubsauger war nicht zu benutzen. Die Küchenschränke und der Wohnzimmertisch waren stark abgenutzt.
Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld gestaltete sich schwierig - so hatten wir unnötig Bettwäsche im Gepäck. Und die Schlüsselübergabe war kompliziert.
