O local é agradável, o tamanho da acomodação é bom e há estacionamento privado disponível. O tempo de resposta do anfitrião é rápido e todas as informações sobre a hospedagem são prestadas de forma objetiva.
O flat precisa de manutenção, os colchões e lençóis estão gastos, a geladeira enferrujada, no banheiro não há suporte para sabonete, algumas tomadas superaquecem o carregador do telefone, o inquilino de cima fez bastante barulho e na propriedade ao lado um grupo estava dando uma festa de arromba, com música alta até de madrugada. Ia dirigir no dia seguinte cedo e sequer consegui dormir. Procurei o lugar justamente pelo sossego, mas não tive sorte. Então, não reservaria novamente.
