A localização, as instalações do apto bem aconchegante, segurança e o casal bem atenciosos.

Não tem travesseiros, apenas UM de péssima qualidade. Não ter roupa de cama e toalhas não se assemelha a não ter travesseiros , um item mais que básico. Sem sinalização de lixeiras, nao tinha como adivinhar aonde deixar os lixos que estavam todos muito bem embalados, avisei aos proprietários na entrega das chaves sobre o problema e o mesmo concordou que nao tinha como ver. Um hora depois recebo uma mensagem bem da esposa relatando que eu deveria ter tirado o lixo, de uma forma bem grosseira. Tenho imoveis locados por aplicativo , e jamais faria isso, bom senso e gentileza fidelizam clientes. Eu não recomendo.
