This property was perfect for my parents surprise trip to NYC. It was an awesome apartment with everything necessary for their 5 day trip. My parents loved the classic brownstone building and the apartment had everything they needed - including a small sitting room (which seemed to be rare at this awesome price point). The host was responsive and answered all questions promptly. An amazing stay, would use this property again for the next trip!

The apartment was very basic. When we were there, other apartments in the building were under construction which resulted in an enormous layer of dust on everything which we had to clean ourselves upon checkin. Also most of the lights in the apartment did not work, and despite the excellent communication by the host who assured us he would try to resolve, this was an issue our whole trip. In the grand scheme of things these were minor problems, but after saving money for months for a nice vacation the accommodations disappointed us because of this, the proximity to lots of restaurants and shops and the subway made this an excellent location and would recommend this place for anyone that doesn’t mind just average accommodations.
