Let me be clear maybe im the uppity america that was expecting too much out of a *** 3 day stay. But the hotel room we got disgusted me to no end. The room itself smelled horrible due to the smoking and sewage right next to the window. The sheets felt cheap and made me feel itchhy and had what I can only imagine are mold stains on it. The floors had stains from who knows what on it. All in all it felt horroble being in the room and we left within the hour. The only credit I can give is that they refunded us when we brought up our greivance without challenge. If you willing to rough a stay for as little as possible maybe this is for you but Id rather stay at the *** down the street.

Great location, very close to Aeon, lots of restaurants nearby in walking distance, the hotel provide coin laundry facilities. The hotel provided free parking. I've booked 2 rooms for 4 person as the pictures and descriptions said 1 room is fit for 2 persons, in fact 1 room is big enough for 4 persons. The lighting in room is too dim, and furniture is quite old. The price of the rooms are really cheap, recommended if you are looking for cheap stay.

This is the first hotel that I hated staying in my 30 yrs of traveling around the globe especially in Japan. Room is dark, smelly, dirty etc etc. Surprisingly the high regards of Japanese customer service is nowhere to be found in this hotel. Only kept blaming the smoking room that was given to us is Agoda fault and had no intention to make the customer satisfied. I will never come back to this hotel and would not recommend to anyone.
