Soggiorno piacevole con proprietari attenti a tutti i particolari e disponibili!

Colazione ricca e abbondante, posizione ottima con panetteria bar pizzeria e tabacchi vicini!

Rumori e schiamazzi durante le ore notturne determinati dal bar a pochi passi della camera. ovviamente questo fa parte della maleducazione delle persone che lo frequentano. Nulla da attribuire al confort della camera.

Malvaglio

L'appartamento è ampio e ben tenuto, cucina completa di forno, letto comodo, bagno grande, sicuramente pulito e ben mantenuto. TV enorme e tavolo per mangiare e lavorare. Comodo il parcheggio di fronte anche se a disco orario.

Probabilmente era un fondo commerciale, se apri le persiane sei in vetrina. Non adoro chiavi e chiusure elettroniche. La finestra del bagno da' su un'altra proprietà, aprendo la finestra mi sono ritrovato un cane a pochi centimetri dal viso, sembrava un pittbul, in realtà era dolcissima ma li per lì mi sono spaventato. Nel complesso comunque ottimo per una sosta di lavoro.

É stato davvero un piacere fare la conoscenza della proprietaria, davvero carina, premurosa e SIMPATICA! La posizione é stata ottima per le nostre esigenze e l’appartamento mi ha davvero meravigliato da quanto é bello… torneremo presto😊

Un appartement avec un bon rapport qualité prix intéressant pour faire une étape pas très loin de Milan (30 mn du centre

L’appartement est beau très fonctionnel moderne et très calme.

Sur l’annonce on pense qu’il y a une piscine disponible ou au moins accessible à proximité et en fait c’est un aquapark situé à quelque kilomètres du logement

Appartamento al piano terra ristrutturato di recente; molto pulito e confortevole. Il bagno è spazioso e la cucina fornita di tutte le suppellettili. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.

Il climatizzatore non è regolabile individualmente e quindi non lo si può spegnere o accendere a proprio piacimento. La proprietaria comunque è disponibile e lo regola a distanza.

Tanto bello quanto impossibile addormentarsi

La struttura è nuova e pulita e la proprietaria molto gentile

È impossibile prendere sonno per la vicinanza di un bar che tiene aperto fino a notte fonda. In più c’è una piazzetta davanti dove arrivano un sacco di auto che vanno e vengono di notte. L’appartamento non è isolato minimamente perché in origine era un negozio (nella foto serrande verdi) ed è come dormire in strada si sentono anche le conversazioni. Un vero peccato perché la proprietaria era gentilissima e disponibile. In più all’alba entra già la luce e questo per chi è abituato a dormire al buio può essere un problema. In ogni caso c’è un’edicola vicino che all’alba ha la consegna dei giornali quindi la luce è l’ultimo dei problemi perché se mai uno fosse riuscito ad addormentarsi… si sveglierebbe comunque!
