The place is beautifully, minilamilist decorating. The kitchen is really well equipped with tea, coffee, olive oil, and all the cooking utensils. The place is in a quiet, middle class neighbourhood. There is a nice welcoming binder with details about the neighbourhood and places to go. We felt we had excellent value for our $.

Clean and very well located property. Great bed, great cooking facilities for those who prefer to cook for themselves. Bathroom spacious and very clean.
Not much to dislike about this one. Not a fan of stairs. Not a great lot of space, but adequate. Very deep kitchen sink sandwiched into the corner between two overhead cupboards was not the best design. The recent build date (2020) showed up with precisely the same issues as recent Australian builds. Not enough tradespeople, and all rushing to get the job done as quickly as possible. Did not impact on our stay, just noticeable to someone who looks closely. Could do with some larger letters designating which car park is which.
