The owners of the hotel are the loviest, most friendliest, and accommodating people you could hope to meet (and we hadn't met them before). The location is absolutely ideal, situated about midway between South and Central Pier and literally only about 300 metres from the beach, ¾ mile from the Tower and the town centre. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and have many of the facilities you would expect from a hotel, including a brilliant TV. It's quiet after 10 pm and so you won't be woken in the middle of the night by rowdy guests. There's currently no option for meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner. However, it is scheduled in the not so distant future, and they have an ample communal lounge where you can bring in any food to eat. Access in and out of rooms and the hotel is easy. The prices for rooms are very reasonable. There are a few car parking spaces around. However, a great long-term car park situated about 0.3 miles away between Alexandra Rd and Crystal Rd, which is where we always park (£18 for 72 hours). There are many great food outlets nearby, like The Manchester, The Velvet Coaster, and Salt and Vinegar fish and chips to name but a few. We truly loved our 3 nights there, and we will certainly return to the hotel when we visit Blackpool again. I thoroughly recommend it.

We absolutely loved the greeting we received they were both very friendly and approachable and couldn't do enough for us. Even took our very heavy cases to our room. We were able to check in a little earlier and keep our luggage there after check out so we could still enjoy our last day thank you for everything a great stay overall.
Its not really what we didnt like more of some constructive criticism I think offering more facilities like breakfast options. Entertainment nights etc. you are both new to this and doing great so far and both will go very far :)
Also touching up the rooms giving them more decor
