Lokalizacja jest cudowna. Schodkami na dół i już na plaży. Blisko zaplecze gastronomiczne. Z drugiej strony kolejna plaża. Basen, w którym można popływać w dowolnym momencie, nie za płytki więc nie tylko do moczenia się. Duży balkon, z którego można obserwować piękne zachody słońca i zjeść śniadanie lub inny posiłek. Kuchnia jest w pełni wyposażona (choć mogła by być odświeżona i brakuje zmywarki).
W oczy rzucają się porozwalane gniazdka i włączniki światła, co jest mega niebezpieczne. Brak klimatyzacji w sypialniach. Stan szaf w sypialniach. Generalnie wszystkie pomieszczenia poza główną łazienką wymagają lekkiego odświeżenia.
