Bon rapport qualité prix, dans un quartier résidentiel. Bien aménagé.

Ancien garage aménagé en appartement, donc très bas de plafond, ce qui donne un peu une impression étriquée. Les gros oreillers du dessus n’étaient pas propres (sentaient mauvais).
