Villa Maris Izola

Bardzo miły gospodarz, świetna lokalizacja, widok na morze z huśtawki:-)

L'appartement est tel que décrit. Les lits sont confortables et il y a du rangement dans la chambre principale.

Nous étions 5. La vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine manquent pour 5. Au moins 10 assiettes, 10 couverts,...de chaque sorte seraient nécessaires.

Alles. Schöne Ferienwohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick aus beiden Schlafzimmern und vom Balkon. Sonnig und lichtdurchflutet und sogar bei Schlechtwetter wird der Meerblick nicht langweilig. Ausstattung top und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, in der Küche wurde an alles gedacht und Kleinigkeiten wie eine Schere, der Flaschenöffner etc waren auch vorhanden. Überdachter Parkplatz und eine ruhige und angenehme Lage bzw Wohngegend aber trotzdem Strandnähe runden das Angebot ab. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und es wurde an Sonderwünsche auch eingegangen. Wir sind später als geplant angereist und es war alles kein Problem, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir können dieser Unterkunft auch mit Kind sehr empfehlen!

Parkplatz etwas eng und die Wohnung ist hellhörig wenn das Haus voll ist. Nachts war trotzdem alles ruhig.

Wynająłem 2 apartamenty, apartment nr 3 był po remoncie, ale był to bardzo budżetowy remont, brakowało wyposażenia kuchennego jak np deski do krojenia chleba. Apartament nr 2 był stary,.łazienka pamięta czasy lat 90tych. Kuchnia uboga, brakowało choćby zmywarki, wyposażenie również słabe. Było pewno komarów, muszek które okropnie gryzły. Stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo słaby, zwłaszcza apartament nr 2, w tej cenie spędziłem drugą urlopu w Lubljanie w 4 gwiazdkowym eleganckim hotelu z pożądnym śniadaniem. Apartament nr 2 wymaga pilnego remontu, Villa Maris to wysoka cena przy słabym standardzie, to co jest po remoncie jest zrobione niskim kosztem, bez pomysłu.
