• Prompt responses from the host on Booking.com • Restaurants and a convenience store within a 1-minute walk • Sophisticated interior and cleanliness • Well-equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, fan, and steamer • The cleaning lady is very helpful and speaks fluent English

• Strong odor from the bathroom at certain times (may vary by room, but personally this was the hardest part) • The shower water temperature options are either extremely hot or extremely cold • No contact regarding access check-in instructions even on the day of arrival • The host is remote and there is no front desk, so you can only rely on the cleaning lady if you have any problems • Airplane noise

The location was really good... close to all amenities and street food on your doorstep. The staff are really good. Clear and straightforward check in procedure and every query or message was responded to within minutes.
