La calidad de las habitaciones, el acabado de las paredes y baños
Pocos muebles, no tenía sofá para sentarse , solo una mesa pequeña. Y no esta cerca al lago, hay que caminar 10 minutos aprox para llegar al lago

La instalaciones son muy bellas y con finos acabados, todo muy limpio
Las toallas no estaban listas y tuvimos que esperar, pero es algo mínimo

Ubicación lejana al centro de actividades y restaurantes de Panajachel.
Una de las habitaciones que ocupamos, demasiado estrecha, con una cama matrimonial que casi ocupaba el espacio entre pared y pared. Pobre mantenimiento de las duchas. No se menciona que aceptan otros huéspedes en las instalaciones que se supone eran privadas.
