Misty Valley Cottage

Location was terrific with a magnificent view, within easy reach of the town itself. The cottage is stunning, really enjoyed staying there.

Noise from traffic from a busy road below the property. Not something the owners can do anything about.

Roz and James have created a beautiful sanctuary that feels like home. There are thoughtful touches throughout the cottage that show they value the comfort of their guests.

The traffic noise was the only downside however inside was so enjoyable we didn’t mind staying indoors.

Everything! This magical cottage is so beautiful. All the little gorgeous touches make it feel so very comfortable, welcoming and deeply relaxing. We spent my birthday staycation here and it was just what our tired minds needed- a magnificent view, super comfy beds, incredible bath (with a view) and the opportunity to bird watching & stare at the ever changing light on the valley. The sunrises were gorgeous, as was curling up in front of the fire and reading a good book. The hosts are generous beyond measure, warm and are great communicators. Book a stay here. You will love it.

The location offered beautiful scenic views, with a large deck perfect for watching both the sunrise and sunset. Thoughtful little touches throughout the property made our stay feel relaxing, comfortable, and homely.

Main road was very close, can be noisy at times.
