La disponibilité de l’hôte. L'aménagement de l'appartement.
Impossible de faire fonctionner la TV. Le bruit de la rue.

Appartement très bien situé, totalement rénové au 3eme étage d’un ancien immeuble. Si la cage d’escalier est très ancienne l’appartement est en parfait état, propre et bien équipé. Le lit et le canapé-lit sont confortables. Parking public à deux pas tout comme le centre ville piéton. Le festival Jazz à Vienne est à quelques minutes à pied. Communication facile, claire et réactive avec le loueur. Une adresse à retenir

Confort de l'appartement et situation géographique.
Pas de wifi lors de notre passage. Pas d'éclairage dans la cage d'escaliers (en colimaçon) pour acceder au logement. Dangereux.
