We only stayed for 1 night at this cute little cottage home. The 4 bedrooms were all very comfortable although it is worth noting that there is only 1 toilet (separate from the shower/bath) in case that's an issue for your group. Overall, the place was clean and cute and we'd stay again if we were heading through the area.

It's very easy to find since it's at the intersection of two busy roads but there is some road noise and a noticeable street racing late on Friday night. It didn't really seem to bother me and I slept in the road-facing room with some white noise.

The property was spacious and comfortable and well located. We appreciated having a secure garage and fenced in yard as well as the washing machine and dryer. The central heating was excellent as the weather was chilly when we were there. Having 2 living areas was also great and the back balcony, although we didn't stay long enough to use it much.

The property was generally clean but the fridge hadn't been wiped out and we could only find one tea towel in the kitchen. The dryer was full of wet towels. We had to call the host to get the keycode for the lock box when we arrived. The host was very friendly and apologetic about that. These were not major issues. None of the beds had top sheets (only a fitted bottom sheet and a doona) and the cot had not been set up, as requested. When we located the cot and set it up, we found it was only suitable for a young baby (not a 3yo which we had listed as one of our guests). The property is located in the heart of Albury which was great for walking everywhere but it also meant there was quite a bit of street noise at night.
