We really liked the location and the overall style of the accommodation. You stay in an old stone house, which is very spacious and well laid out. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area, where it was possible to have a barbecue, which was great. There was also an outdoorwashing machine, so we were able to do our laundry during our stay. The location was excellent, close to the sea and nearby bar. Thanks to the fact that the house is built from stone, it stayed very pleasant inside even during hot summer weather. Although the temperatures were around 30°C, we did not need to use the air conditioning once during our entire stay, even though it was available in the house. We are giving such a high rating — 10 out of 10 — mainly because of the excellent value for money and overall quality.

Considering the price-to-quality ratio we had, this is not really meant as criticism, but rather as a recommendation on how the accommodation could be made even better. The kitchen was rather poorly equipped and lacked some basic items, such as more than one sharp knife, regular table knives, a bottle opener, and a working coffee maker or moka pot — the moka pot that was available did not seal properly. On the other hand, we appreciated that there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. If the owners added a few small extra items to the kitchen equipment, the place would be absolutely perfect. Some things are also gradually getting worn out, such as the window screens or some of the outdoor furniture, so a small investment in renovation and replacement would be helpful. One important thing to know is that the water is not drinkable, so you need to buy your own drinking water. Also, towels are not included in the price. In our opinion, it might be better to slightly increase the overall price and include them directly in the offer. Another thing to be aware of is that guests are expected to take the bins out every morning. This was not a problem for us, but it does mean that the garbage truck comes every day except Sunday at around 6 a.m. right in front of the house, and it can be heard. Of course, it is also something you need to take into account as part of this holiday accommodation.
