Lá Retreat near Ba Na Hills

El personal muy amable. Nos preguntó a que hora queriamos el desayuno y nos hicieron el desayuno al momento. Simple pero suficiente para nosotros! Incluso nos llamo un grab para ir a Ba na hills. Bonitos jardines con piscina.

Entraba mucha luz en la habitación y también muy calurosa incluso con el aire puesto ya que son muchas ventanas.

Staff were lovely and accommodating, we were able to arrive a little earlier and leave a little later. Perfect location for Ba Na hills and the place exceeded our expectations it was really cute. The pool was nice and warm plus Netflix on the tv was a bonus to have a movie night 🤩

Only thing was spiders but that’s going to happen with a hut in an outdoor rural area

We were unfortunate to share the property with three very ignorant other families all there together. They played terrible music all day and into the night at very high volume. They had no control over their screaming kids and this sadly ruined our stay. The staff did nothing about this while they were are the property and seem to leave the premises at night so are obviously useless then as well. To cap it off the dinner was cold, tasteless, incorrect items were served and some plates were bizarrely expensive. Also if you’re at all squeamish about bugs you need to stay well clear as there are lots of them!!!
