The hosts were very easy to contact and many details were communicated beforehand. It's clearly no hotel, but the location is well-stocked with the basic necessities, extremely clean upon arrival, and cozy enough for a short stay. Parking was handled with no issue and location of the apartment was close to the places we wanted to visit.
The location is deceptively small and not the most soundproof. Also, my guests and I had a bit of trouble finding the extra sets of bedding for the sofa bed.

The host was very responsive and professional.
I was not aware it was on the second floor till I checked in. The stairs are very steep which is not a problem for me but would be for some of my elderly relatives. I had to switch my plans for a gathering I was planning for that reason. Additionally there was no central air, the window units kept the bedrooms cool but the main areas were a bit warm.

El apartamento es muy espacioso, la cocina cuenta con todo tipo de utensilios; estaba todo muy limpio y se veía nuevo en su mayoría. El dueño atendió a todas nuestras dudas a la llegada, y la llegada/salida autónoma fue muy cómoda
El barrio se ve humilde, pero nos sentimos seguros en todo momento. Alguna de las habitaciones lo justo entra la cama y el baño es pequeño. No pilla muy a mano del centro de Milwaukee, pero los precios estaban muy altos en el downtown.
