Phenomenal location, small and well thought out amenities. Easy bus and train transportation.

The location is at the top of the Summit. Bus route is 5 minute walk (2€). Restaurant (excellent food) and quick mart across from bus stops (great coffee, ice cream, pastries). 45 minute walk to Howth or 12 minute bus ride. Very safe. Quiet. Big enough for 4 people. Summit trail is right there. Privacy was upheld. Easy self check in and out. Washer/dryer so you can be fresh throughout vacation. Full kitchen. Felt like home.
Would have loved a place to sit outside by the front door. One chair to the right of the door would have been perfect.

Brilliant location and easy parking.
The hot water system for shower was problematic but resolved later in the day after a few messages and phone calls. Didn’t like the rail and steps leading down to the property, the depth of the each step felt uncomfortable.

Most of all LOCATION (near spectacular cliff views and walks into Howth) Facilities good. Landlord friendly and helpful. Pub and shop very close.
Faint odour of smoking; inside door handles difficult to turn. Initial impression of Studio was poor but this didn’t last.
