The hotel is modern, stylish, and feels brand new. Everything was clean and well maintained. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional customer service. A special thank you to Jawad, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Staff like him are a real asset to the hotel.
The rooms are quite small and can feel a little cramped. As a Booking.com Genius Level 3 member, I was hoping for a complimentary upgrade to a larger room or a room on a higher floor, which would have been a nice gesture. The location is also quite far from both Islamabad and Rawalpindi city centres, as it is within the Bahria/DHA area. Considering this, I feel the room rates could be a little more competitive.

Breakfast was below average, nothing for kids No cheese at all ,sausages was very dry and tasteless, no varieties, the location where the Breakfast was served was good
Breakfast below average, strong smoking 🚬 smell in the room ,toilet and corridors, even though we selected no smoking room, in room dinning was terrible ,overall food quality was bad
