12sq mts room Seaside Lervig-Park

I am a new Booking.com user and found this wonderful property. At first, I was a bit hesitant because of some of the reviews, but now I can see that many of them seem to come from people who may not have done their due diligence or checked the information properly — just silly & retaliated reviews at the end. I have stayed in self-service properties before, and I understand that it is my responsibility to read the information carefully, arrive while it is still early, or be fully prepared if arriving after dark. I commute to Stavanger often, and I truly believe I have found a great deal here — one that I will definitely use and abuse as much as I can! The whole process was spotless, clear detailed instructions, the property was exceptionally clean, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, the supermarket is extremely close, close to the sea, and the neighborhood is quiet. House rules that protect me great deal living in a shared apartment being a woman with other strangers and them feeling safe with me as another stranger, clear check out instructions too. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Thank you, thank you!

- spory pokój za super cenę, - czysty pokój i reszta obiektu, - kompletnie wyposażona kuchnia, lodówka... - czyste i kompletnie wyposażone łazienki, - lokalizacja w samym centrum, osiedle nad morzem, - dobry i bieżący (choć zdalny) kontakt z właścicielem, jednak zawsze udzielał szybkich i konkretnych wskazówek/odpowiedzi,

nie ma to wpływu na moją ocenę :) -> - w łazienkach/kuchni prawie nie było mydła/płynu do mycia naczyń (to co zostało było rozcieńczane wodą maksymalnie), wiem że można to kupić samemu, ale uważam że są to podstawowe elementy do zapewnienia przez właściciela, - wymieniłbym klamki/zamki w drzwiach do pokojów, bo się prawie rozpadają w rękach (luźno latają), trzeba się trochę pomęczyć z kluczem w zamku żeby otworzyć drzwi (gość z pokoju obok walczył chyba z 5 minut z wejściem do pokoju), - nie uszczelnione/duże szczeliny drzwi (słychać każdy hałas z zewnątrz),

Excellent location, right next to a supermarket. The shower was very powerful. Easy check in process.

The kitchen could’ve been slightly more equipped. There was a lack of a stirring spoon, and basic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper and oil. But still had the basic utensils.

El edificio es moderno y en un parque muy bonito con otros edificios similares. La temperatura del piso compartido muy agradable. La ducha, la cocina y el comedor compartida bien. Transporte publico muy cercano.

Para que no parezca que es un piso de alquiler turistico, la propietaria no pone cajetines con las llaves en el portal, sino que pocas horas antes te envia una descripción y unas fotos. En la descripción no estaba la ubicación exacta del cajetín y la app de booking bloqueó las fotos con lo que no había manera de encontrar las llaves. Al llamar a la propietaria tarde no se mostró muy receptiva. Finalmente por whatsapp todo se pudo arreglar. La cama es un sofà cama abatible y tiene una pata con menor altura y se inclinava la cama, con lo que hubiese sido mejor si hubieramos puesto los colchones al suelo para dormir.
