The staff is friendly, the location is great, and Tepic is a very calm and nice city. The hotel is very comfortable. I extended my stay fo several more days because they treated me so friendly, and there was a lot to explore in the city.

La ubicación es conveniente pues es céntrico y tiene parque, tiendas, estaciones de transporte cerca, además de estar a unos minutos caminando de la plaza central.
Su recepcionista da terrible atención al cliente, no me hicieron la limpieza en una ocasión, comienzan a hacer ruido desde las 06:30am.
