I feel like I found a hidden gem with this property. It was very comfortable and clean, with everything (and more!) I could possibly need during my stay. I will definitely visit again on future trips to the Duke City. The decorative art was interesting and diverse, and the kitchen had more than enough pans, utensils, and related items. The washer and dryer worked great, there was ground coffee ready to make, and a carafe of chilled filtered water in the fridge. The bed was firm but comfortable, and I slept peacefully every night. The patio has a table, plenty of chairs, and cushions stored in a convenient box. Despite being next to the street, the foliage makes it feel private. I enjoyed sitting out there in the AM with coffee before the day got too warm. The first day, I met a very friendly stray cat whom I fed and watered while staying. She visited me each day, ate, then got pets before going on her way. She's a calico, so be on the lookout for her when you visit. Super sweet.♥
This is super minor, but I could have used a bit more spare toilet paper and paper towels, since I was staying six nights. The property is near an Albuquerque Fire Rescue station, so there was occasional noise (siren whoops) from those emergency vehicles as they headed out on calls. The staircase between the living area and the bedroom and bathroom is steep and has many steps, so if stairs are an issue for you, this might not be the best place.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics such as spices, cooking oil, coffee, tea, etc. provided. The host responded to messages promptly. We loved relaxing on the patio. The area was quiet.
