Un trato por parte del personal excepcional. Fui por la hospitalización de mi marido. Tuve q buscar alojamiento porque no somos de madrid y estuvieron pendientes en todo momento y dándome soluciones con los contratiempos que tuvimos. Estoy muy agradecida y Las instalaciones muy acogedoras.

La ubicación. En general la casa estaba limpia.
En la reserva, ponía que la habitación tenía baño privado, pero en realidad, el baño era compartido con otra habitación y la ducha también. La habitación estaba en el sótano, en el que había una cocina, dos habitaciones, un aseo y la ducha. Para salir al baño o a ducharte, tenías que salir de la habitación. Si pagas 104 euros por una habitación con baño privado, es lo que esperas recibir.
