Za nás osobně má lokalita, ubytování i vybavení apartmánu hodnocení za 1. Rovněž možnost parkování v budově bylo velmi vítanou možností. V noci klid a úžasný výhled na hvězdné nebe.
Jedna drobná chybička byla, že v nabídce byl uvedený výhled do zahrady, což nebylo splněno. Před terasou jsou vzrostlé stromy, které výhled v žádném případě neumožňují (toto se týká apartmánu C.21). Řada dalších výhled má.
