Struttura accogliente e pulita con vista oceano meravigliosa. Avevamo il primo appartamento,si scende dalle scale e ci si trova in un corridoio con quattro porte ognuna con un appartamento. L’appartamento era fornito di microonde comodissimo, e macchina del caffè dotata di accessori comodi per un ottima permanenza. Host gentile e disponibile che ci ha concesso di restare oltre l’orario di check out perché avevamo il volo la sera.

Lavori in corso dalle 8 del mattino fino alla sera quasi non stop. Posizione bella per la vista, ma lontana dal centro e necessita per forza di auto propria o taxi per spostarsi. La zona in generale la sera era molto buia, da percorrere con attenzione se si è a piedi . Avrei messo qualche padella e pentola in più così come anche delle forbici, ma anche sale e zucchero che abbiamo dovuto comprare e lasciare lì. Avrei gradito un asciuga capelli in bagno e dei prodotti in più per lavarsi. Il wi fi non ha mai funzionato in maniera eccelsa, si collegava sempre, il modem (4G) era nel corridoio centrale, il quale senza aperture non consente una buona copertura anche negli altri appartamenti.

L'appartement est dans un quartier moderne, et secure.

Sous l'appartement il y a un gros chantier d'excavation de roches, de 8h00 a 17h00 4 pelles piqueuses, bref il faut se lever tôt et rentrer après 17h00. De même le propriétaire faisait aussi des travaux pour 2 nouveaux appartement.

1. Location: this apartment is in a safe, residential area. It took me less than 15 min to go downtown (Plateau) and cost me 250-300 escudos per taxi trip (approx 2.3 - 2.8 euros). 2. Ambiance: this apartment is exactly as pictured. Calm, functional, with a soft nice smell and a seaview. 3. Functionality: it had everything I needed for my stay: bedding, and kitchenware to cook and eat. There was even a small food container that I used to travel with my homemade cooking. 4. Entertainment: the tv has channels in Portuguese, a few channels in French, English and Spanish. 5. Host: He is kind, super friendly and flexible. I thought that the value for the money was outstanding. I would book it again.

1. There wifi signal was interrupted at times - but I reported it prior to leaving. 2. The apartment bathes in sunlight in the morning which is great, but it tends to overheat around that time too. To manage this, I kept the blinds closed for a few hours and it worked out better.
