The owner was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to explore the town center since finding a parking spot is very difficult.
The facility is a bit rundown. The AC works, but doesn't reach the setting temperature. We didn't use the kitchen, saw small ants crawling around. Says parking is available, but no designated spot, it was a street parking up to availability.

Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. Victoria and Allison(?) are amazing. Everything worked, including the shower and hot water. Easy to walk downtown and steps away from the botanical garden. Since we had trouble getting a taxi to the ferry terminal (cruise ships hog them), Victoria’s son drove us there. We liked that there were fans in the bedrooms so we didn’t just have to use AC.
There was nothing to dislike.
