La localisation, le calme de la rue, équipement moderne et quasi neuf.
Odeur d'égout dans l'appartement malgré les diffuseurs de parfum. Escalier étroit. Chambre très petite avec un lit de 140 contre le mur sans aucune table de nuit ni lampe de chevet, plafond très bas. Difficile à chauffer en hiver, clim réversible positionnée très haut, froid dans le salon et très chaud dans la chambre en mezzanine.
