Todo era perfecto , súper limpio y muy cuidado 😍🥰

Modern, clean villa with small private pool. Safe and key lock box good. Aircon good kept villa cool. Good blockout curtains.

Bed was small and not much space to get in/out on window side. No bedside tables. Large bath in bedroom is not good use of the space. Smart TV in bedroom (no cabled channels)but large lounge does not have TV. Water cooler overflowed (the spill tray). No hot water on our 2nd day in the bathroom. No tea/coffee etc supplied. Construction on the new 2 storey villas not an issue noise wise BUT the access path to the villas was steep in parts and damaged/uneven probably from the construction team. Concrete was being mixed on it making it slippery and muddy in parts. Unable to wheel baggage on this path, it has to be hand carried. Having a car we had no parking at all except squeezed to the side of the very narrow and sometimes busy road. Only 1 small cafe close by (Mia’s) serves very good food (is also a backpacker hostel) but is closed Friday and unless you have transport it’s a long walk to other cafes, restaurants/ warungs. The villa has a small kitchen if you cook for yourself but once again food shops are not close by.

La villa en sí es estupenda. Es moderna, amplia, bien decorada y muy cómoda. La piscina privada es un lujo, las zonas comunes están muy bien cuidadas y el diseño en general transmite esa sensación de lujo que uno busca en Bali. Dormimos muy bien y el espacio era más que suficiente. Ubicación: Muy bien situada si te gusta la independencia: justo al lado hay una cafetería muy buena (desayunos ricos y café decente) y un local de alquiler de motos muy práctico. En resumen: Es una villa excelente con muy buena relación calidad-precio, ideal si priorizas la comodidad de la propia villa, poder moverte en moto fácilmente y tener café cerca.

Lo único que falló fue la ducha: no había agua caliente. Fue el único punto negativo importante, porque después de un día de playa o moto, una ducha caliente se echa de menos. El resto del baño y la villa estaba perfecto. El gran pero son los alrededores: todo está en obras. Es bastante caótico y ruidoso durante el día, con polvo y movimiento constante. No es la zona más bonita ni tranquila que puedes encontrar en Bali.

Property was very clean and tidy, pool was amazing perfect for afterparty or morning relax, is very well located super close to markets and restaurants in the main road just a couple of blocks away, recommend 100%
