The pool area is very relaxing. And the whole set up feels very organic. The breakfast is also pretty good. I was checked-in by a very sweet Brazilian girl who was always available to help or just to have a chat with. Thanks to her my whole stay at Tropical was memorable.
I found couple of minor issues :
- the bed was a bit stiff and the quality of pillow was poor
- water flow in the dorm bathroom was poor and I had to use another bathroom

Loved this hostel, great swimming pool with fresh cold water being pumped in all the time, relaxing chilled vibe in the jungle away from the party on the beach but still social
None of the cafe / bar areas seemed to be open unfortunately, deck chairs around the pool need replacing, & 10 bed dorm should really have two showers not one

The pool was gorgeous
The door did not lock and my room faced straight onto the street which was very unsafe. The showers were bad.
