Just the leaking aircon drain at the masters. but not a major issue.

I loved the apartment, it had everything we needed. More than spacious for a family of 5. Everything was neat and tidy, and in terms of cleanliness, the whole place was very well maintained. It was private because you have your own place to stay all for yourself without the disturbance from other people or passersby considering the fact that it's located inside a subdivision of townhouses with other private residents.

The "private pool" I had in mind was different. My idea was that the swimming pool was situated at the back of the unit where the guests can privately come in and out without having to walk out in the streets to go for a swim. All good, but I think it would have been great if it was mentioned clearly in the description that the pool is in the clubhouse openly used by the residents of OAK Residences and that there's a P50 fee for each person to swim in it.
