location, apartment & view. The Barista, Ben from Australia was a cut above the rest. Brilliant, professional and extremely pleasant. The coffee was amazing.

Before I arrived the reservation department was hacked and the hacker got my what's app details & shared a link for a ridiculous amount for me to pay. The staff were a mixture of trained and mostly untrained concierges & receptionists. Lots of confusion and lack of clarity of what's app messages. New Year's Eve recommendation was poor. We came back before midnight. Spa/Pool was always crowded & noisy with no minimum age requirement. The heating in the windowless room was overpowering and we were told that it was a design flaw. I paid over 33,000 euro for one week & I expected to at least to have all the soaps and detergents replenished.
