Big and Spacious 1B with Pool Near Toyota HQ The Star Legacy West

Great location. Nice apartment overlooking the pool nice area very quiet. Pet friendly is always a plus.🩷

. There is no fob. I asked for one upon my arrival and never received one. That made coming in going a pain. Since I could only enter through the gate that had a call box. The pool and part of the gym require a fob to access them. So that isn’t accessible. There’s a picture of a car in a parking garage on the listing . It’s not mentioned in the listing. But to park in the parking garage is $20 a day, which is expensive. The dishwasher had every dish in the apartment loaded in it . I would’ve had to unload the dishwasher to use any of the dishes. The place really wasn’t clean. It appeared clean at first glance, but it was not after a long day. I got into the bed that was made and I felt something at my feet. I reached down and it was a dirty men’s shirt. So that tells me that the bed was not made at some point and instead of putting clean sheets on it they just remade the bed with dirty sheets and that’s truly disgusting. So instead of going to sleep, I got up and washed the sheets. I did message the host and they did offer to have clean sheets delivered.

The place was beautiful for the price & the customer service for questions was beyond excellent.

The accommodations were less than decent. We only got one set of towels for a couple so we had to share towels. There also was no hand soap so we had to go buy some. The bathtub had rust stains all in it and there was a bath mat in the tub that was wet and that seemed quite unsanitary. These were the major complaints we had.
