Localização e segurança no edifício

O estúdio estava imundo! Lençóis sujos, pias da cozinha e banheiro sujas. O apartamento fedia a xixi. Fiz uma higienização e pus lençóis meus para não ter aborrecimento. Lamentável!

Localização boa, o apartamento muito prático e organizado

Somente enviou a senha para cadastrar quando já estava em viagem

Só faltou um secador de cabelo no banheiro e também garagem e estacionamento próximo pois o local meio perigoso a noite.

Não tive um ponto que não gostei de lá

The location was excellent. The apartment is right in the center of Curitiba, so almost everything was within walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants, and the gym were all nearby, making it very convenient. The apartment was on a high floor and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. Communication with the host was also good.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not well maintained. The toilet and toilet seat were loose and crooked. There was also a serious ant problem. Tiny ants were everywhere in the apartment, including the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. They even got into our luggage, crawled through our clothes, and were found on my girlfriend’s body while she was sleeping. They seemed to be coming from the air conditioning unit. In addition, the cutlery, plates, and other kitchen utensils did not seem clean, so we had to wash everything before using it. The shower was very difficult to adjust because even the smallest movement of the faucet caused a major change in water temperature. The shower door was also broken, with one of the glass panels broken, causing water to splash all over the bathroom floor. There were quite a few homeless people in the area, but they did not bother anyone and we never felt unsafe as long as we minded our own business.
