The apartment was clean and well maintained accessible 10 min driving to al haram

The bed was not confortable

the location was near to AL MASJID AL NABAWI we really like it, the room was clean and big, we booked from booking aplication and we transfer the money there but the bank blocked the money in qatar , but the man there was very nice, and unterstood the situation, he got his money only after we left SAUDI and we reached qatar.

Unfortunatly , they did not give beds for the kids, they gave us only one room but during the booking i mentioned that we are family with 2 kids.

Facilities provided in the apartment. Washing machine, kitchen and bathroom equipments.

Customer service and communication were extremely poor. The Customer Service Manager was unprofessional and attempted to cancel our confirmed booking in order to give our reserved apartment to another guest, stating, “who comes first will get the room,” despite our valid reservation. We had to contact the Tourism Office in Saudi Arabia and the booking office to resolve the issue. Only after this intervention was our reservation honored. This situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience and reflects very poorly on the management and service standards.
