The rooms were better than expected. Clean and the beds were very comfortable. Hot water available when needed. Easy walking distance to the pyramids.

Nothing.

Room was very clean and so were the outside areas, the lady who served breakfast was very nice and helpful, lovely lady! View of pyramids was excellent. Breakfast was very good and just what was needed, well presented and tasty.

He didn't like that I complained about the repeated water outages — that behavior is unacceptable. Why does he think I would endure the trouble of finding another place and waste my time after waiting more than two hours for the refund, knowing I had informed him of my intention to cancel the booking 12 hours earlier? And why didn't he try to fully fix the problem before my arrival? From the first day and over three days I kept complaining about the same issue, and he did nothing until I had to cancel the booking early. I also didn't detail his lack of response to guests' complaints about the couple who were fighting daily for three days; one of the guests told me you didn't intervene to find a solution despite their repeated complaints.
