The food was excellent. The host was kind and very helpful. The room was good with a nice mattress and towels.Wifi worked well.

Maybe an English Tv station?

The hospitality was outstanding. We reached at 11:30pm. Moreover it was raining cats and dogs. A big shout out to Mr. Bhavani Charak and his office boy who personally came to the railway station to pick us. Such gesture was beyond my imagination. Thank you. The location is perfect.

Little repair work to be taken care in the room.

I stayed for two nights was just stopping over on my way to Srinagar. I am very pleased with this property and the host and all the staff. The host personally picked me up from bus stop when I arrived and also offered to drop me off at airport which was so helpful. The place is in a very quiet area , good views. The rook was bright and clean , plenty of hot water. There’s restaurant on site and you can get food to order. I highly recommend this place . The Indian hospitality is unmatched. Thank you . I would stay again

The bed was a bit hard but might not be a problem for others

Very clean throughout. Good views across the valley. Good food, cooked to order. Mr Bobby very attentive & friendly. He warned me to keep my window closed, because of the monkeys ! Which made an appearance next morning, walking along the narrow ledge around the builcing. A whole family of them, only half a meter from my shoulder, seperated by the glass window ! It was also peaceful. I had the best 3 nights sleep in my 2 weeks stay in India. Also, pleasant garden area.

I found the sloping entrance a bit awkward to walk on, & outside stairs are quite steep. Not possible for wheelchair users, or little old ladies, in my opinion.
