Affordable but noisy and poorly maintained—needs better cleanliness, communication, basic amenities

The location was convenient, being within walking distance to cafés and the local bus stop. The neighbourhood felt safe and had a regional character. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were good, and basic toiletries were provided.

The apartment was tidy but not clean, especially the shower, which had drainage issues. The kitchen lacked basic equipment (no kettle, barely any utensils), making it hard to prepare meals. Check-in was frustratingly delayed due to poor communication from the host. Being near the front door meant being exposed to a lot of noise from other guests, and the thin walls amplified noise from nearby units. Wi-Fi was available despite what the listing said, but it was slow and unreliable. No sustainability practices were evident.

Super appart très calme mais qui reste central

Edifice neuf et extrêmement propre Grand lit confortable Possibilité de se connecter à Amazon et Netflix sur la télé (il faut avoir un compte). Cuisine très bien équipée Calme, au fond d'une impasse La chambre était plutôt lumineuse avec accès à un puit de lumière (j'étais au rez de chaussée) Il y a un toit terrasse A 10min à pieds de l'hypermarché La Comer A 2min à pieds du Monono café, bonne adresse pour les digital nomads

Les indications pour l'appartement n'étaient pas claires et je n'ai reçu des informations par whatsapp qu'en téléphonant arrivée sur place: l'appartement est au Privada Ignacion Perez, 9. C'est une façade orange avec écrit "Nueve". Il n'y avait plus de gel douche et j'aurais apprécié avoir un bol dans la cuisine.
