The property is quite far from most attractions, making it inconvenient to get around. We had to walk about 20 minutes just to reach the public beach, as the private beach within the community was closed, along with the clubhouse, which significantly limited the available amenities. There is a small pool in the building, but accessing it was inconvenient due to a security code, and it was consistently overcrowded, so we weren’t able to use it at all. Parking is another issue. There is no secure or designated parking, so you’re left searching for a spot outside the building, which can be time-consuming and frustrating, especially during busy hours. The location listed on Booking.com was also inaccurate, which made planning more difficult and added unnecessary stress upon arrival. Additionally, we encountered a cockroach in the unit, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. I have stayed in several places across the UAE, and unfortunately, this has been the worst experience so far. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the listing. Basic facilities were either unavailable or difficult to access, and the lack of clear information and communication made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing.
