The house and grounds were beautiful! As two families staying together, we loved the big open living areas and the games available for the kids. The courtyard fire pit was a lovely way to wind down after a busy day. The house had absolutely everything we needed.
Apart from the bed in the main suite, the remaining beds in the other 3 rooms were quite uncomfortable. An extra set of keys for a house that big would have been very useful to avoid the need to constantly have to leave keys in the lock box, or have to wait for others to arrive to get into the house.

Heating, fire and hot water perfect for winter. Lovely space for people to cook together and gather by the fire. I'm sure in summer the outdoor space would be fab. Bird watchers dream!
No coffee machine was quite a disappointment. Oh my the sheets were very poor quality at that price point. Lots of stale food in cupboards, fridge and freezer, yuk. Overly decorated with stuff, felt too "personal" for guests. A tad too far to walk to town, should have said so.

We loved the space and being so close to Bowral. The fire was a great welcome as it was cold and rainy outside
