Posizione eccezionale per visitare Iglesias e tutte le attrazioni turistiche dell'Iglesiente.Vicino a tutti i servizi e locali enogastronomici.Perfetto per soggiornare per famiglie con bimbi, molto accoglienti le due camere da letto
Nessuna particolare criticità,bisogna essere consapevoli che ci sono tre piani di scale da salire.Una volta arrivati ottima vista su una delle principali strade e piazze di Iglesias

L'appartement est très bien situé en plein centre ville.
L'appartement mériterait une petite rénovation. Les portes fenêtres donnant sur la rue sont cassées ou déréglées. Elles ne sont plus hermétiques et laissent passer tous les bruits de la rue. La climatisation n'est présente que dans la pièce salon cuisine. Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées. Nous avons eu la malchance d'avoir un voisin qui laissait seul son chien qui aboyait en permanence.

La posizione in centro sicuramente utile per il soggiorno
Le scale. Appartamento al terzo piano con scalini irregolari e rampe e ripide e un po’ problematiche per chi avesse problemi motori; la cosa andrebbe segnalata sull’inserzione
