    The room was not clean, and the bed sheets and pillows had visible stains. Basic amenities were missing, and the AC remote was not provided. I had to change rooms multiple times because each room had a different problem. The washrooms were poorly maintained and hygiene was a major concern. Water supply was inconsistent, and the parking area was dirty and untidy. The lift was not working properly, making it inconvenient to move around the property.

    The bed sheets and pillows were dirty and had many stains. The AC remote was not provided. I had to change three different rooms, and each room had a different issue. The toilets were poorly maintained and cleanliness was below expectations. There was also a water supply problem due to a borewell issue. The ground-floor parking area was dirty and looked like a garbage dump. The lift was not functioning properly. The rooms were very small, almost like matchboxes. The only positive aspect was that the staff were somewhat helpful. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations.
