Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette appartement,la propreté, les équipements, la literie ,tout était parfait. La terrasse est très agréable qui donne sur la piscine et on voit la mer au loin. Le quartier est calme. La piscine est top avec les transat L’appartement est bien situé à côté de torrevieja.

Thought long and hard about giving an honest rating – I always give 10 when everything is perfect, but this apartment deserves a 9.5. Communication with the landlord, the preparation and description, and the courtesy – were fantastic, thank you. The apartment was very well prepared – the tray in the kitchen with an assortment of essentials for the stay deserves special mention, including dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, garbage bags, coffee filters, laundry tablets, coffee, and sugar in the cupboard. I wish all owners would do this. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with two bathrooms, clean cotton bedding, and a terrace. Nice view of the pool, quiet surroundings, well-kept garden. View of the estate from the entrance. Clean, fresh pool and loungers. The apartment is comfortable. The area is convenient, full of shops, and several very nice beaches. Thank you.

Please pay attention to the outer edges – bathroom stalls... The floor on the terrace and in the utility room hadn't been washed. The floor in the apartment was covered in something sticky. I only felt comfortable after washing all the floors with hot water. Powdered sugar spilled near the sofa? – didn't the cleaners notice? The cushions on the sofa and on the terrace need washing. I washed the throws before using them as a bed cover; the duvets are too thick, and the weather didn't allow sleeping under just a sheet.
