Easy and fast communication with the host, easy check-in/out, clean and spacious apartment, in walking distance from St. George's bay and Paceville.

It would be good for the apartment to have some sugar, salt and oil in the kitchen.

Apartamento lindo. Super funcional e minimalista. Bem perto da escola de inglês onde fizemos o intercâmbio. Fazíamos o trajeto a pé. Uma nota especial a Luisa que foi excelente e sempre solicita, além do Edward.

New built extremely spacious apartment furnished excellently, the amenities were above and beyond what anywhere else was offering for the price, most notably individual aircon units in each room, a full washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could ever need, and an en-suite with shower in the main room. The property features 2 balconies, a large one out the front and a smaller one out the back of the main room. When we arrived the key was in an easy to access lockbox, and the building has a lift to make getting up to the 3rd floor apartment easy. By far the best aspect was the value for money for this rental, if I had visited and someone told me they were paying 3x the rent we paid for the 10 days I would have believed them. The property managers were also exceptional, they went out of their way to let us in at 7am when one of our group lost the key, and even with me insisting to pay for the lost key they said it was no issue. If I could give this place more than a 10 rating I would.

The only issue was we had to buy new batteries for the Smart TV remote, although I’m certain that the hosts would have provided these had we asked :)
