The place is comfortable, and only a few hundred meters walk from the centre. Spotlessly clean. Private parking. Decent price. Ploërmel is a really nice town, good restaurants, nice to walk around in and see the sights, lively in late afternoon and early evening (after which it seems to shut down completely).
Communication was a bit impersonal and formal (we got the key code exactly 30 minutes before the checkin time of 17.00, and we never got a reaction to our request to do an earlier check-in around 15.00). There's no outside area except a bit of tarmac (but then: we knew this from the description).
