Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral am Rand des Stadtkerns, es sind nur drei Minuten zu Fuß zur Oper und zum großen Bauermarkt auf dem Kaiser-Franz-Joseph-Platz. Die,Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, und ein Knüller ist der Balkon an der Küche. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.
Ein Wermutstropfen ist die Parksituation in der Grazer Innenstadt - freie Parkplätze sind sehr, sehr rar. Es wäre schön, wenn die Stadt Graz ihre Gastfreundschaft auch an dieser Stelle bewiese.

A beautiful, comfortable and spacious traditional apartment in a good location for the town. It's possible to walk everywhere and enjoy the park and the views. Ingrid, a lovely lady, greeted us on arrival and made us very welcome. The apartment has everything and Ingrid had given us an initial supply of tea/coffee/milk/bread etc. The whole place has a warm and sumptuous feel about it with interesting art to admire. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back sometime.
There was nothing not to like. We loved it.
