Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral am Stadtzentrum gegenüber einem gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz gelegen. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 5 Min. fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll mit einer technisch gut eingerichteten Küche mit den üblichen Mängeln bei der Menge an Geschirr. Die Betten sind gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns eine Auswahl von Champagner des Familienweinguts zu günstigen Preisen im Kühlschrank.
Auch wenn es möglicherweise einen vorrübergehenden Mangel darstellt, hat uns nicht gefallen, dass bei Außentemperaturen von rund 35 Grad 2 Heizkörper der Wohnung auf voller Leistung wärmten. Insbesondere in der Toilette mit knapp 2 qm war das sehr unangenehm. Wir haben den Vermieter darauf hingewiesen. Unser Hinweis blieb jedoch unbeantwortet.
