The room & washroom size was excellent.
The room was not properly prepared. No handwash in bathroom, the bottle was empty. No phone in room and no option of food. They have one restaurant which they claim to be theirs, but food there is not good. Noone took any entry at time of booking, nobody checked the documents. They ask for 100% payment on arrival.

Heaters only on request, despite expensive rooms no staff accommodation. Lift access restricted Food cooking utensils absent, had to purchase , only plates no other pawn or other cookers Cleanliness started at 3 pm after check in Room toiletries on request and reminders
