    Totally enjoyable!
Chairs in front of lodge and great Beauty of the place. Hot Springs wonderful.
Locker rooms a bit chill. Starbucks coffee seemed really weak.

    Needs better management
    It's a beautiful location.
The hot springs were luke warm. We had an expensive cabin but it had no mini fridge or microwave. Though they had plenty of open cabins, they wouldn't move us because we had booked with booking.com. We offered to pau the difference and the manager left without speaking to us. We had no hot water in our shower, which meant we smelled like sulphur until we could get to our next lodging. There were kids using the circular hot spring like a pool swimming in laps and the smaller hot tub, which is hotter, was literally standing room only - way too many people. Usually we love this place. We hate to see it has gone down in management.

Disconnect from the outside world and connect with nature and the one next to you while soaking.
The hot springs are amazing and the native legend is enchanting. My wife and I had our mini-honeymoon here and it was a wonderful experience. Great for relaxing, spending quality time together, hiking to see natural PNW beauty, dark night skies, and Lake Crescent nearby. We loved the isolation and disconnectedness form the outside world and cell or wi-fi signal. It's fun to engage in some light conversation in the hot spring pools with interesting visitors or just chill out like the macaques in the Japanese hot springs.
There is no microwave or mini-fridge, so bring a cooler at least if you don't want to eat at the restaurant at the lodge. We are vegan and there were no options for us. We brought food anyways that kept and ate ok but were not expecting that. Next time I'll bring at least a cooler!

Expensive for very basic low quality cabin with sticky floors and no amenities, no mini fridge yet cafe as most national parks is not a nice place to eat and costly. No wifi or cell service, no way to inform your family you arrived and are safe.

It's a great place to escape too.
We loved how pretty and tranquil it was.
The sulfur smell. No ability to go to the lodge for cell service. Had to drive 10 min to make a call. No mini fridge or microwave.

    Beautiful quiet and relaxing.
Didn't know that the hot spring times had been reduced and closed earlier now.

The setting, in the heart of Olympic National Park, is absolutely gorgeous.
    Our stay didn't include breakfast.
The overall care and maintenance were underwhelming. The room price, the cabins should at least have a new coat of interior paimnt.
